Heber Springs Water and Wastewater Utility meetings are held monthly on the last Thursday of the month at 9:00 am at the Utility office located at 1108 W. Front St. Meeting minutes will be made available after every meeting. If you cannot locate the information you are looking for, please call the office and we will gladly assist you.
