​Heber Springs Water and Wastewater Utility offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. Please call our office with any questions. 

Payment Online

Credit, debit and e-check payments are accepted through our Customer Web Portal. Please note there is an additional fee to pay by credit or debit card. 

Payment By Mail

Check and money order payments are accepted by mail.  Please send your payment coupon or include your account number on your check or money order for proper posting to your account.  To avoid late fees, please make sure your payment is postmarked on or before the due date. 

Payment In Person

Cash, check, money order, credit card and debit card payments are accepted in our office lobby and drive thru.  For faster service, please bring your statement with you when paying at our office.

A night deposit is located at the rear of our building before our drive thru window for after hour payments.  Please do not place cash in our night deposit.  Make sure payments are clearly marked with your name, address, and account number. 

Automatic Bank Draft

Automatic bank draft payments are offered as a convenience to our customers.  Currently, we can draft checking or savings accounts.  You can sign up for automatic bank draft via our Customer Web Portal, at our office or by mail.

If signing up at our office, please bring a check or letter from your financial institution with your routing number and account number.  If signing up by mail, please complete our Authorization Agreement for Preauthorized Payments and mail it to our office with a voided check or letter from your financial institution with your routing number and account number.  

We process bank drafts once a month on the first business day after the 3rd.  Please make changes to bank draft information before the first of the month to avoid processing problems.

Customers electing automatic bank draft will not receive a paper statement in the mail.  Please sign up for an ebill via our Customer Web Portal or by contacting our office.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

When utilizing online bill pay, ensure your payment will reach us no later than day before the Disconnect Date shown on your statement.  Until the payment arrives, we have no way of verifying the payment has been made and your account could be subject to disconnection. 

Available Now!

Credit and debit cards can now be used for automatic payments (AutoPay).  You can sign up for automatic credit or debit card payments in our Customer Web Portal. Credit/Debit Card AutoPay will be processed on the due date each month beginning in July 2022.  Please note that a service fee of the greater of $1.95 or 3% per transaction will be charged on all debit card and credit card transactions.
